  1. Excessive and inexplicable fatigue. Adrenal fatigue makes a person very tired. This is because under the effects of stress hormone levels rise, making it more difficult to sleep. Over time, the body's cortical levels are affected and this leads to the body being in an almost permanent state of alert. All of this can affect a person's ability to fall asleep or sleep well.   2. Craving for sweet or salty foods. One way adrenal fatigue affects the body is lowering the blood sugar level. On the other hand, if the Adrenal fatigue is so weakened that they produce too little cortical then the body's response is to react to infections with certain autoimmune disorders. Take the time you need to evaluate how much stress you have in your life and find ways to reduce it before it's too late. Adrenal fatigue is not like flu, it doesn't go away after a few days unless you make changes in your life.
